故事一：歌星Sunny（黃耀明 飾）在醫(yī)院昏迷半年了，但他的身體狀況良好，昏迷原因不明。護(hù)士（葉玉卿 飾）負(fù)責(zé)在凌晨值班照顧他。每天凌晨1點(diǎn)，護(hù)士都能看到Sunny與一名女孩在一起，原來(lái)Sunny被這個(gè)死去的歌迷纏住了……
故事二：芳（袁詠儀 飾）與幾名同學(xué)到學(xué)校附近探險(xiǎn)，據(jù)說(shuō)那里常有個(gè)大辮子女鬼出現(xiàn)。芳的同學(xué)本來(lái)是想扮鬼嚇?biāo)?，竟沒(méi)想到她們真的遇上了這名大辮子女鬼……
故事三：眾多市民都在一本報(bào)刊中，看到了一位多天前被撞死的老婆婆的身影。這是一張快照，負(fù)責(zé)這些照片的是交通警員阿輝（陳小春 飾）與阿明（徐錦江 飾），令人心寒的是接下來(lái)的幾個(gè)月，他們都被老婆婆的鬼魂纏繞……
